Why Meditate?

Meditation isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a personal practice, molded by the one who practices it. For some, it may be finding a few quiet moments in the morning to seek inwards, while for others it can be an hour in the garden or a sit by a waterfall. When we meditate, we detach from our thinking mind and connect to the part of us that is always in stillness.
