Thai Massage is the ultimate dance of balance between giving and receiving, offering opportunities for deep listening and sacred communication. Moving with the breath, the giver uses gravity and bodyweight to flow seamlessly through transitions and postures. As a partner practice, we build trust practicing clear communication and honoring boundaries. 

 

Designed as an Entreat - versus a retreat -  we lean into self-awareness to support full integration and release (rather than retreating from what life lays in our path). In each 90-minute workshop, there are two guided sessions, allowing each person in the partnership to give and receive.
