Massage and bodywork are a passion. Our bodies are constantly in motion: working, creating, and doing. They house the most intimate parts of us and by slowing down and taking the time to listen to what our bodies need, we can provide healing, relaxation, and grounding. In my sessions, I take an intuitive, holistic approach catering to individual needs.

Hot Stone Massage

Melt into a heated massage bed and relax with hot stones. Enjoy a blend of therapeutic movement and gentle stretching, sure to leave your body with a light feeling of attunement and relaxation.

Holistic Deep Tissue Massage

A stimulating and integrative muscular massage that is specifically tailored to each individual. A blend of therapeutic movement and deep tissue massage are used to release tensions. Cupping available upon request.

Balancing Facial

This 60 Minute facial includes a 30 minute Hot Stone Massage. Facial includes Facial Cleanse, Exfoliation, Hydration Misting, Steam Treatment, Mask with Hydrating cucumbers, Second steam, mask removal, Second Hydration mist, Facial Cream, Firming eye cream, Face and Scalp Massage. Choice of: Arm and Hand or Foot Massage.
